Founded by Maylen Vergara ( Former Barangay Secretary) & Cristy Vergara ( Married to an Indian citizen after 7 years in LDR herself) our agency is built on personal experience, empathy, and a passion for helping LDR couples overcome challanges of complex visa & travel paperwork to settle together. At Filipino LDR Travel Agency, we understand the unique challenges of maintaining a relationship across national borders because we’ve lived it. Jitin, from India, and Cristy ( co founder of Filipino LDR Travel Agency ) from the Philippines, began their long-distance love story in 2012 when they met on Social media. After 3 years of navigating the complexities of international travel, visa processes, and cultural differences, they finally met in 2015

Then in 2019 they got married in India & Two years later, they welcomed their son, marking another milestone in their journey
Cristy & her Indian husband married in 2019 & had their first kid in 2021
OUR MISSION
Throughout their relationship, Jitin and Cristy faced hurdles that many LDR couples encounter:Confusing travel documentation and visa application processes. These experiences left them wishing for a trusted guide to simplify the overwhelming processes. Inspired by their own journey, Maylen Vergara Sister in law of Cristy funded & founded Filipino LDR Travel Agency to provide the support they wished they had to navigate visa & travel documents , & process —a service rooted in empathy, reliability, and a deep understanding of international relationships.
