Payment FAQ

1. How do I make a payment?

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods depending on your location.

  • For customers in the Philippines, you can pay via GCash, Bank Transfer, Western Union, Cebuana, Palawan, or PayPal.

  • For customers abroad, available options include Bank Transfer, Western Union Transfer, PayPal, or other remittance services.

  • For customers in the Indian Subcontinent, we accept UPI and Bank Transfer.

When you contact us, you can choose the most suitable and convenient method from these options.


2. What is your refund policy?

In case we fail to deliver our services, we offer a 100% refund policy. A minor platform fee of 500 PHP will be charged, and the remaining amount will be fully refunded.

3. Which payment methods are not accepted?

We do not accept cash, cheques, drafts, cryptocurrency, or any illegal means of payment.

4. Are your payment transactions secure?

Yes, we use secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your financial information.

5. Are there any hidden fees or charges?
